Track and running for kids in San Luis Obispo

Running is one of the best sports for kids. In addition to school teams, San Luis Obispo has two terrific track clubs for boys and girls of all ages. All you need are sneakers — plus a little bit of grit.

They encourage runners of all levels, from beginner kids to high school athletes. Speed, agility, and coordination are emphasized throughout the training. Runners get to practice on the Cal Poly campus!
